My approach combines evidence-based behavioral strategies with individualized, family-centered support.
Every child is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all sleep plan. I take time to understand your child’s:
sleep history
temperament
routines
developmental stage
your parenting preferences
From there, I create a plan tailored specifically to your family’s needs.
-
No. Sleep support is not one-size-fits-all, and I do not believe families should be forced into an approach they are uncomfortable with. Recommendations are individualized and designed to align with your comfort level and parenting style while still supporting healthy sleep habits.

Every child is different, but many families begin seeing meaningful improvements within the first several days of implementing a consistent plan. More complex sleep challenges may take longer, especially when multiple routines or behaviors are involved.

At this time, most services are provided virtually. Local support options are available for families in the Frederick County and surrounding areas in Maryland depending on location and scheduling.

Sleep consulting services are typically private pay. However, some families may be able to use HSA or FSA funds depending on their individual plan. I recommend contacting your provider directly to verify eligibility.
-
During your discovery call, we’ll discuss your child’s sleep challenges, your goals, and the level of support you’re looking for. From there, I can help guide you toward the best fit for your family.
-
Once your package is selected, you’ll receive intake forms and sleep history questionnaires to complete before your consultation. This allows me to fully review your child’s current sleep patterns and create a personalized plan before we begin.
