Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and pediatric sleep specialist who helps families create healthy, sustainable sleep for their children.

For over 9 years, I’ve worked closely with children and families using evidence-based behavioral strategies. One pattern showed up consistently—sleep challenges that left everyone exhausted and stuck in cycles that weren’t working.

I’m also a mom who has been where you are, so I understand how challenging evenings and nighttime wake-ups can be. When your child isn’t sleeping well, it affects the entire rhythm of family life. Bedtime can feel stressful, nights feel long, and everyone ends up more tired than they should be.

Using my background in behavioral science, I help families identify the patterns influencing their child’s sleep and guide them in implementing strategies that support healthy, independent sleep habits. My approach focuses on practical solutions tailored to each child and family. Every family is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all sleep plan. I take the time to understand your child’s sleep history, temperament, and your parenting preferences before developing a personalized plan.

I believe families deserve support without judgment. Sleep challenges are incredibly common, and asking for help is a step toward helping your child and your family feel more rested.  My goal is to help families move toward calmer bedtimes, better sleep, and more peaceful nights for everyone.
