Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), pediatric sleep specialist, and mom who helps families create healthy, sustainable sleep for their children.

For over 10 years, I’ve worked closely with children of all ages and their families using evidence-based behavioral strategies. Throughout my career, I repeatedly saw the impact that poor sleep had on children and their families. Bedtime battles, night wakings, overtired children, and exhausted parents were concerns that came up again and again.

As both a professional and a mother, I know how much sleep affects the entire family. I also know from personal experience how challenging sleep struggles can be. Bedtime can become stressful, nights feel long, and everyone ends up more exhausted than they should be. When your child isn't sleeping well, it impacts the entire rhythm of family life.

That passion for helping families navigate sleep challenges led me to expand my training and focus on pediatric sleep support. Today, I combine my background in behavioral science with individualized sleep support to help families create healthier sleep habits and more peaceful nights.

Every child and family is different, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all sleep plan. I take the time to understand your child's sleep history, temperament, and your parenting preferences before developing a plan tailored specifically to your family.

I believe families deserve support without judgment. Sleep challenges are incredibly common, and asking for help is a step toward calmer bedtimes, better sleep, and more restful nights for everyone.
